One packaging solution suitable for 4 different multipurpose floodlights with asymmetrical side design and different lengths.
A solution that highlights the Apollo floodlights’ promise for high-efficiency performance and exceptional functionality by ensuring enhanced product presentation and a damage-free delivery.

Packaging should be robust enough to support the different weights of the floodlights – ranging between 5kg to 10kg
Both the top cable of the floodlight and the light at the bottom of the packaging should be protected and kept at a distance from the sides of the cardboard.
The designed packaging should be easy to insert and should minimize packing time.
Our solution
Sustainable durability
An eco-friendly side tray carefully designed to adapt to the two different side profiles of all four different floodlights. Floodlights are snuggly fitted between two side trays, so that no physical damage occurs to the product even in case of mishandling or improper stowage during shipping.
The flap at the bottom of the tray is specifically designed as to provide an extra flat surface upon bending, therefore increasing the stability of the packaged product and offering better weight distribution.

Trays nest together for optimized storage efficiency, while specifically designed spacers ensure easy and unobstructed de-nesting.
The friction between the paper surfaces ensures that the flap remains at place during the placement of the floodlight in the cardboard, thus making the packaging process rapid and easy.
Impact on ecosystems is minimized thanks to usage of molded fiber packaging – a product not only sustainable but also completely biodegradable.
Packaging made from 100% recycled paper and fully recyclable, as shown by the debossed symbol. A packaging crafted to reduce carbon footprint.
