Challenge: One Packaging – Four Different Products
Seabright required a single packaging solution that could accommodate four distinct floodlights, each with asymmetrical side designs and varying lengths. This packaging needed to highlight the Apollo floodlights’ high-efficiency performance and exceptional functionality, all while ensuring enhanced product presentation and damage-free delivery.

-Robust packaging to support different floodlight weights (5kg to 10kg).
-Protection for both the top cable and the light at the bottom.

Our Solution: Sustainable Durability
We crafted an eco-friendly side tray tailored to fit the unique profiles of all four floodlights. This custom design ensures that the floodlights are securely nestled between two side trays, preventing any physical damage during transit. The innovative flap at the bottom of the tray provides extra stability and better weight distribution, crucial for handling different weights and ensuring the integrity of the products.
