It’s the world’s first molded fiber egg packaging with visibility from both the front and top, designed to showcase the product on the shelf without using plastic windows or materials.

Made from 100% recycled paper, fully biodegradable, and FSC® certified, Plus View™ is the ideal choice for businesses investing in sustainability. And it doesn’t stop there: tests show it provides up to four times better pressure resistance compared to plastic packaging, and twice the protection against drops.

Another key advantage of Plus View™ is its high ergonomics: it runs smoothly through automatic packing machines, stacks easily, and features secure closing. All these aspects streamline the entire process and reduce time and cost in automated packing lines.

Plus View™ was launched initially in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and is already seeing success. Lidl Germany adopted the solution in July 2024, replacing plastic packaging for its private label eggs.

It is available in a 1×10 egg layout, suitable for sizes from S to L, with multiple surface areas available for labeling and brand promotion. Whether it’s colored, fresh, or boiled eggs, Plus View™ offers unique visibility without compromising sustainability or durability.
